Jorge I. Peirats


Mr. Peirats is a Partner in the firm's commercial litigation and creditor’s rights practice groups. He regularly represents clients in federal and state, trial and appellate courts and has had extensive experience in the following litigation areas: antitrust, banking, bankruptcy, breach of contract, copyright, patent and trademark infringement, constitutional law, construction, distribution and franchise, employment, environmental law, health, insurance, securities, and telecommunications.  In addition to representing clients in general business litigation matters, Jorge regularly advises clients on dealer and franchise distribution issues and secured creditor’s rights.
