Doira joined PMA in 2013 as Counsel in the Corporate, Environmental and Land Use Law Practice groups.  She advises clients on energy, environmental, land use and telecommunications matters, emphasizing in real estate development and other complex commercial and real estate transactions.  She also represents them in all types of proceedings before federal and local court and agencies.
