Liz Arelis  Cruz-Maisonave


Liz Arelis Cruz-Maisonave joined the PMA’s litigation practice group in 2013. Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Associate Justice Hon. Rafael Martínez Torres at the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. Ms. Cruz-Maisonave was one of the top ten students of the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, Class 2010. While attending law school, she worked as a research assistant to Professor Carlos Díaz Olivo. Prior to obtaining her J.D. degree, Liz Arelis worked as a journalist covering hard-news for over ten years in printed and electronic media, such as El Vocero, Diálogo and Agencia de Noticias EFE. Her work as a journalist was recognized by the Puerto Rico Journalists’ Association and the Overseas Press Club.
