Juan C. Feliciano


Juan joined the firm’s Tax Practice Group in May 2015. He obtained his J.D. from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Prior to joining PMA, Juan worked on multiple international tax planning engagements in connection with US multinational corporations’ operations in Latin America, including cross-border treaty planning, value added tax considerations, transfer pricing issues, corporate reorganizations, structuring, permanent establishment, and tax-efficient lending and cash repatriation. Juan also has a high working knowledge of the French and Italian languages as well as limited working knowledge of the Portuguese language.
