The Firm represents a variety of clients in the gaming industry, counseling them on an on-going basis on various regulatory and legal matters. We assist gaming companies in obtaining and renewing licenses from the Puerto Rico Tourism Company and advise them as to other required licenses in Puerto Rico. We also assist gaming companies in drafting sale or lease contracts that conform with local law for their transactions in Puerto Rico.
